I believe the guideline is to put the babes to sleep on their backs, and not worry if they turn over on their own. I also understand the concern: as a responsible, ethical company, you don't want to mislead parents regarding infant safety, especially new, tired, worried parents. The photo just looks soft, peaceful and sweet. It makes me want one of the blankets too! I am a stay-at-home mom of a new little girl. During the day, I often put her on her side to sleep. I don't leave her in that position for long. I was told at the hospital to switch her sleeping position occasionally to avoid a flat spot on her head. But only to do so during the day when I could monitor her and change her position.
